At the same time, it is celebrated every year on the second Thursday in October. The eye is one of the most precious parts of the body. 1. The most important thing is a healthy and balanced diet

You should include fruits and vegetables rich in vitamins and minerals in your diet, especially green leafy vegetables. In addition, omega 3 fatty acids are present in fish, which can be very beneficial for eye health.

2. Wear sunglasses when going out in the sun

The sun’s harmful rays can affect your eyes. Additionally, it also increases the chances of age-related muscle degradation. In this case, using sunglasses will fully protect you from UV rays and help maintain healthy vision.

3. Limit screen time

Try to spend a limited amount of time in front of the computer, mobile phone, TV or TV. But that is not even possible, because today in a 9-hour office job you have to spend the whole time in front of the computer. In such a situation, if you are forced to sit in front of a computer screen, visit your doctor as a precaution and get yourself the appropriate glasses. 5. It is important to exercise regularly

Regular exercise keeps your blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes in balance. Since every part of our body is connected to each other, then all these problems can have a bad effect on the health of the eyes. Therefore, it is necessary to do some important exercises.

Take care of small children’s eyes

If your child is small, he may often touch his eyes with his hand, so keep his hands clean from time to time to prevent germs and bacteria from affecting his eyes.

At the same time, limit children’s screen time. Because the more time he spends with television, video games and cell phones, the more it will affect his eyes.

Encourage children to participate in outdoor sports. If children stay physically active, they stay strong and healthy from the inside.

From an early age, take full care of the necessary food. Because children often shy away from eating vegetables and fruits at an early age, but this can later have a bad effect on their eyes.
