Eating with smaller plates will help you lose weight faster. Research shows that people who eat large plates tend to lose weight faster than those who eat small plates. This will prevent overeating. A small plate can keep you from eating a lot of unhealthy things.


3. Increase your protein intake

You’d be surprised to learn that eating protein can reduce appetite and increase satiety. It can help you reduce your overall calorie intake and is an effective way to lose weight quickly. Protein-rich foods include fish, Greek yogurt, lentils, and nuts.

These hormones can increase cravings for unhealthy foods and lead to weight gain. A good night’s sleep also helps prevent diseases such as diabetes. So get a good 6 to 8 hours of sleep.

5. Drink plenty of water

Replace sugary and high-calorie beverages with water. Drinking water 30 minutes before meals can help with weight loss by reducing calorie intake. Recent research shows that people who drink water 30 minutes before meals lose 44% more weight than others.
