Beetroot – 1 (medium size)
Carrots – 2
Tomato – 2
Lemon – half a lemon
Mint – 8 to 10 leaves
Black salt – according to taste

carrot – 1
Amra – 2
Beetroot – 1 (medium size)
Mint – 10 leaves
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Black salt – according to taste

Wash and peel all vegetables and cut into large pieces. Then put the chopped vegetables in the juicer. Also add amla and mint together. Make a puree from this mixture and add lemon juice and black salt to taste.
