According to a study published in the journal Frontiers in Aging of Oregon State University in the US, the blue light emitted by smartphones can increase the rate of human aging. Which leads to neurodegeneration.

To find out, he conducted an experiment on fruit flies and divided the flies into two groups. One group was kept in constant darkness and the other group was exposed to blue light. This study found that the group exposed to blue light had significantly lower levels of a chemical called succinate. This means that they should have very little energy production.

According to this study, it has been found that prolonged exposure to blue light emitted by smartphones also increases the rate of human aging.

3. Anxiety problems may increase
