4. Stay away from liquids
If you have a habit of drinking too little water, your chances of getting sick will increase that much. Ayurveda also believes that it is very important to consume enough water to keep the digestive system healthy. Because water helps detoxify the body from the inside and maintain hydration.
5. Avoiding a healthy diet
If you have a passion for packaged food and have become addicted to junk food. So your habit can weaken the immune system. Plant-based foods like fruits, vegetables, legumes, and nuts are rich in fiber, antioxidants, and vitamin C. Which helps keep you strong from the inside out.
