Often we all try to lose weight fast, by taking fad diets or supplements, we lose weight but are left with dangling skin. However, it also happens to those who are battling certain diseases and therefore lose weight suddenly. So the skin hangs.
This is a common problem that can happen to anyone for no reason. Yes…those who are more active and conscious of their health, this is not seen in them. So, if any part of your body (like your arms, abs, legs, or neck) starts to sag and you don’t know what kind of exercise to do for it, we have the answer.
Know some effective exercises to tighten your chest
1. Barbell Bench Press
Lie on your back on a bench with your feet on the floor.
Grab the barbell with both hands.
To start the exercise, bend your elbows so that the weight is in line with your chest.
Looking straight up, move the barbell overhead toward the ceiling.
Put it back to the starting position to complete a lap. Do this 15-20 times.
First, you enter the plank position. Keep your body, head and toes neutral.
Bend your elbows and lower your upper body toward the ground.
Lower until you are about six inches off the ground.
After doing one push-up, do it again. You can do this in groups of 10 to 10.
3. Dumbbell raises
Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand.
Keeping your palms facing down, lift your hands sideways so they are shoulder-level. Your body should be in a T shape.
Hold this position for 2-3 seconds, then lower your hands.
Repeat this 20-30 times.
4. Pelvic thrust
Pelvic thrusts create tension in your abdominal muscles.
First, lie flat on the ground and lift your legs up 90 degrees.
When your legs are fully lifted, then lift your waist off the floor as well.
Repeat this process over and over.
5. Leg Raise
Lie on your back on the ground, keeping your legs and hands tight.
Keeping your legs tight, lift them 90 degrees off the ground.
Keep your legs as straight and tight as possible. Now lower them slowly until they are close to the floor.
Repeat the process of raising your legs and then lowering them.
Doing these exercises every day will help your skin become firmer.
