There are many factors that lead to cardiac arrest or heart attack in the young population. The most prominent of these is stress, which causes high blood pressure, cholesterol, insomnia, poor eating habits, and not following a healthy lifestyle.

2 Working from home and bad lifestyle

Before the COVID-19 lockdown and working from home, most people traveled to their offices and visited many places. Thus, the movement of the body was active. After the pandemic, everyone’s active routine has stopped and now it’s a sedentary lifestyle where young people spend the whole day in front of the computer and then the TV.

Also, you should be careful in your lifestyle when there is a history of heart disease in your family. Therefore, it is very important to follow a healthy diet and exercise in moderation.

So are there some signs that tell you when you shouldn’t exercise?

If a person feels dizzy or light-headed during exercise, they should stop immediately.

If you suffer from high blood pressure, first control your blood pressure and only then start exercising.

If you have a family history of heart attack, get an EKG done from time to time.

Get yourself checked if you have chest discomfort or shortness of breath.
