2 cups flour

1 small banana – 100 g, mashed
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup (175 g) chocolate chips
1/4 cup (25 grams) frozen raspberry puree

Preheat oven to 180C/350F and line a baking sheet with butter paper or a silicone mat.
Now – in a bowl combine all purpose flour, baking soda, cornmeal and salt.
Beat butter and sugar until combined. Add the mashed banana and vanilla and mix.
Add dry ingredients and mix until fully combined. Also add chocolate chips and raspberries.
Roll dough into 1.5 oz balls (or use a medium cookie scoop) and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
