What causes acne?

1. Rose seed oil
Rosehip oil is rich in vitamin C, which helps fight acne. This oil (RHO) is one of the compounds used in cosmetics to improve skin blemishes. It has been used for years to remove scars.
It contains a high amount of essential fatty and unsaturated fatty acids, which play an important role in penetrating the skin and fighting acne. You can apply rosehip oil directly to the acne site.
Lemon helps reduce the risk of acne. It acts as a disinfectant, exfoliant (removes dead skin) and brightens the skin. It also helps prevent new acne breakouts.
To remove acne marks, apply lemon juice on your face using a cotton ball. You can apply some lemon juice on your face and later wash your face with cold water.
3. Periwinkle (evergreen)
Periwinkle paste can be helpful for acne scars. You can make a paste of fresh leaves of periwinkle, neem and turmeric and apply it on skin blemishes. This paste provides excellent results with regular use.
brahmi It is a well-known medicinal herb known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. 8 You can take some brahmi leaves, mash them and mix them with some turmeric and lemon juice. This paste can be applied on the face. It has the ability to remove blemishes and acne.
nutmeg It has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. A nutmeg paste made from milk or water can be applied to acne scars. You can also take nutmeg and cinnamon and mix it with honey. This paste can be used on the face. Then you can wash your face with cold water. It will help in removing acne and also reduce scars.
