1. Being negative is bad

Career coach and mental health consultant Rishi Mathur shares that there is nothing wrong with feeling angry, sad, jealous, anxious or other negative emotions. All emotions are natural.Feelings don’t define you. What you do with them and how you deal with them will determine your maturity.

Happiness is simply a state of mind that results from your actions and events in your life. Pursuing happiness as a goal is redundant. Let it come and go in your life.

2. Listen to your heart, not just your mind (listen to your heart, not your mind)

It is good that you make a wise decision. Stop judging people or yourself based on your feelings. Combine logic with your heart to make decisions in your life. According to Mathur, a career coach and psychological counselor, “Not every decision you make is necessarily the right one. But at least you won’t regret it because you took the time to think and listen to your mind and your mind. Animals do not have a logical system. They are born with only feelings that they do not ignore.

3. Waiting for people is your responsibility

Do your best to be kind, kind and understanding. The answer to the expectations of the whole world is not on your child. Don’t impress people. In this regard, Counselor Mathur has to say that being alone really helps you plan your life and give it the time and environment to do it right. Don’t miss your personal meeting with yourself. Examine your life. Set an intention and work broadly.

5. More important than myself Work is (work is more important than you)

Yes, work is important, but that doesn’t mean your work is important, you need to make time for yourself in between your work.

Part of having a strong work ethic is taking care of yourself, because if you don’t, your work will suffer. It’s a common misconception that you have to sacrifice sleep, exercise, and relaxation to show that you’re committed to work.
