So why can’t you sleep in bed?

Have you ever felt like you are sleeping anywhere but in bed? Sofa, chair, floor, car seat. But as soon as you go to sleep, you feel that the dream has completely disappeared. If you also feel sleepy in all these places except bed, then the reason is body training. Thanks to you, your body has learned a different way of sleeping.

Yes… Dr. Siddhant says “It’s a kind of learned behavior”. In simple words, your habits of eating, watching movies, operating the phone, working in bed have forced your brain that bed is not a place to sleep.

From now on, Dr. Siddhant says, use the bed only for sleeping. There is no place to eat or make phone calls. Retrain your brain that a bed is just a place to sleep.

Here are some expert tips that can help you fall asleep faster

1 Relax the body

When you lie down on the bed, start with your feet and try to relax your head one by one. Leave your body completely free. Try to feel one by one that all your organs are buried in the comfort of the bed. Do this deliberately every day.

2 Try this DIY hack

After relaxing the body, imagine that you are in some big sea. Where the waves of the sea take you in and you dive comfortably into the deep sea gorge. By doing this you will fall asleep in a pinch.
