3 cups of coffee

If you can’t live without coffee, you’ll be happy to know that it’s also great for your liver.

4 Eat less sugar

5 Drink green tea

It is rich in an antioxidant called catechin. Studies have shown that it can protect against certain types of cancer, including liver cancer.

If you drink it hot, you’ll get more catechins. Iced tea and ready-to-drink green tea are very low in content.

6 Drink plenty of water

One of the best things you can do for your liver is to keep your weight balanced. Get in the habit of drinking water instead of sugary beverages like soda or sports drinks. It will also reduce your calorie consumption. The body also retains water.
