2. Technique 5-4-3-2-1
Count down from 5 to get out of anxiety and try to keep all your senses open to follow the things around you.
Try to adopt five things that you see around you every day.
Identify and name four things you can touch.
Identify and name three things you hear.
Identify and name two things you can smell.
Name something you can taste.
Try to pay attention to everything around you and the little things that you often don’t notice. Daily exercise will help you transform your anxiety into happiness.
