Hemp seeds are obtained from the cannabis plant. The plant is from the marijuana family. The amount of THC in it is much lower than in marijuana. Beige is white in color.

Flaxseed is obtained from the flax plant. It is light brown in color. It can be eaten as a whole seed or in ground form. These three seeds are rich in healthy fats, protein and many types of nutrients.

2 Rich in antioxidants

These three seeds are rich in antioxidants. Free radicals damage heart health. While the antioxidants present in these seeds help to eliminate them by fighting against free radicals. They protect our cells from damage.

3 An excellent source of vegetable protein

10 grams of protein is available from 2-3 tablespoons of hemp seeds. While chia and flax seeds provide 5 grams of protein. This is why they get enough protein on a vegan diet. It is also great for heart health.

The fiber present in all these plant-derived seeds acts as a prebiotic. This benefits the beneficial bacteria present in the gut and keeps the gut healthy.

According to Madhu Rai, chia, hemp and flax seeds, all three are great for health. All three can be eaten whole or in ground form. If you want to use them all together, then all three seeds can be mixed and eaten.

In addition to dishes like smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal, salad, rice, you can use all three seeds by mixing them into any kind of baked food.

All three seeds should be eaten in balanced amounts. It is enough for an adult to take 1-2 tablespoons of mixed seeds. This It can be eaten daily. But overeating can increase body fat stores.
