Also, if you are allergic to dust, smoke, then the risk increases even more. That’s why it’s important to remember to take care of yourself at every festival, every season and every event.

Here are 5 ways to take care of yourself

1 Don’t take on the workload

Women want to be multitaskers. Do all the housework before the festival starts. They should complete the work in the home office just as well. There should be no shortage of any kind anywhere.

This burdens them and they start to face many types of health problems. In such a situation, they should understand that health is the most important thing. The most important thing is to take care of it. No one can become versatile.

2 Don’t make a cheat day a cheat month

Cheat day means 6 days a week, you work a lot with diets, you do training. But on the 7th day, eat a lot of food. Don’t turn this cheat day into a cheat month. In the name of cleaning the festival, without worrying about food, you don’t just have to work or eat a lot of oily-spicy throughout the month in the name of the festival. In order to take care of health, we need to maintain a balance between training and food.

Take care of the intake of 3 calories

During the holiday season, you need to be completely mindful of your calorie intake. A woman must consume 1800-2200 calories per day to stay healthy. If you eat high-calorie foods, then you will also need to take measures to burn them off.

4 If you are diabetic, don’t stick to it

If you are diabetic and fasting, so that you are never hungry IsThis can cause your blood sugar to suddenly become too low.

You also have to be careful when choosing food. It is important to maintain blood sugar levels during fasting. Both overeating and undereating can be risky for you.,

5 Take fresh food and lukewarm water

To take care of your health, you should always eat fresh food during the change of season. Try not to eat or drink the product immediately after taking it out of the refrigerator. The fear of sore throat is doubled due to the consumption of cold things.

It can also cause a cold. Drink lukewarm water. At the change of season, eat green leafy vegetables such as spinach, kale, mustard greens, and green onions. Eating zucchini, squash, okra can also strengthen the immune system.

6 Cleanse by wearing a mask

Don’t just use a mask when you go out. Even if you vacuum the house, still clean the dust by wearing a mask.

7 Keep skin hydrated

When the weather changes, the skin becomes dry. Therefore, keep the skin of the hands-feet, waist-abdomen clean and hydrated. This will protect the skin. Do not use hot water on the skin. Because of this, there is a possibility of skin damage.

8 Drink basil decoction

If you have a problem with allergies, then you have to take special care of yourself. If there is a sensation such as a runny nose, sneezing, difficulty breathing, drink a decoction of basil or guillotine.

9 Apply warm coconut oil

If the skin is itchy due to allergy or irritation or skin rash, apply warm coconut oil on the skin. Boil neem leaves and mix them in bath water and take a bath.

10 Take time to relax
