2. Not getting enough sleep

If you are restless in your sleep. So it can affect your mental health as well as your physical health. Lack of sleep is a major cause of increased anxiety symptoms.

3. You did not understand the reason

You should pay attention to its signs from the beginning. If you ignore the signs. So it again affects the state of mind.

4. You can’t set your own boundaries

A lack of balance between your work and personal life can get you into trouble. This will only increase your stress and you will feel angry, irritable.
