1. Coffee can prevent the progression of Alzheimer’s disease

A Florida study found that when elderly people with mild cognitive impairment were tested two to four years later, those who consumed the most caffeine (ie, about 3 cups of coffee a day) were more likely to develop Alzheimer’s disease.

2. Coffee is one of the best sources of antioxidants
