Nature has given us different colors of food. If these foods are regularly included on our plates, then we will never be deficient in iron, calcium, vitamins. Health problems will also stay away from us. Dietitians also recommend including different colored natural fruits and vegetables in your diet. Just like the tricolor, if we include green, white and orange vegetables and fruits in our diet, then not only will we be healthy, but our weight will be balanced as well.

Orange fruit
