1 cucumber, 1 kiwi, 1 cup curd or low-fat yogurt, a few mint leaves, 1 teaspoon flaxseed, 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Here’s how to make a smoothie

Peel the cucumbers and kiwi.

Remove the kiwi seeds.

Cut both into small pieces.

Take 1 cup curd or low-fat yogurt in a blender. Add cucumber kiwi slices and some mint leaves.

Mix everything up and grind well.

Pour this mixture into a glass. Add a spoonful of lemon juice. Enjoy a delicious low-calorie smoothie garnished with mint leaves and flax seeds.

If you are following a vegan diet, you can substitute 1/2 cup of almond milk for the curd. All of these things can be mixed in almond milk and blended.

If you want to prepare almond milk at home, soak 10 almonds in water overnight and set aside.

Then remove the peel and grind it in a blender. Mix it with 1 cup of water and run in a blender.
