1. Turmeric for wounds

Turmeric is an antiseptic and antibiotic agent that has been used for many years for its medicinal uses. According to a study published in the journal Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry, turmeric contains curcumin, which helps heal wounds by processing collagen. If the wound is bleeding, apply turmeric to the wound. Bleeding stops immediately. Also, drink a glass of turmeric milk before going to bed at night for complete recovery.

2. Heating plates for swelling

To increase blood flow to the skin and help speed healing, you can apply a heating pad to the wound. Apply a heating pad to the wound or place it in a bucket of warm water for 15-30 minutes.

4. Nutritious diet

In order for the body to recover quickly, make sure that you eat the right amount of the right foods. Eat a diet rich in protein, vitamins C, D, E, omega-3 and magnesium. These include dark green vegetables, leafy greens, orange and yellow vegetables, bell peppers, tomatoes, meat and dairy products.

5. Aloe Vera for cold

Aloe vera has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and soothing properties that facilitate the healing process. In fact, its gel contains phytochemicals that help reduce pain and inflammation. Cut an aloe leaf and extract its gel. Apply the gel to the wound and pat it dry. Clean the area with warm water and dry with a towel.
