These 4 foods may be keeping you hydrated

1. Fruit, vegetable and grain combination

2. Meal time

Eating at the right time can also solve many of the body’s problems. Maintaining an appropriate distance of 2 miles is very beneficial for digestion-related problems. Therefore, fasting is considered to be one of the best and easiest ways to overcome problems like inflammation and swelling.
