First, grate the gourd and put it in a bowl.
2 of the 2 chopped green chillies, tsp ajwain, salt to taste, 1 tbsp
Add the ginger garlic paste and stir well with the curd. After that, add 2 tablespoons of oil, 1/2 bowl of chopped cilantro, and 1 cup of satu.
Use sattu flour and oil to make a smooth batter for 3 gourd mutkas. Now, grease your steamer or dhokla pan, make a small portion of mutka and put them in the pot. Let it steam for about 25 minutes and set aside.
