For this you need

red guava

water

brown sugar

butter or ghee

How to sweeten goiabada, guava with these steps

First wash the guava thoroughly and cut it into small pieces. Now boil the pieces, or mix them well.

After this, if you are cooking it, prepare its paste after boiling. If you have already mixed, then after mixing, strain through a cotton cloth or a sieve to let the seeds partially come out.

Now put a nonstick pan on medium heat and spread some ghee in it. Now put this paste in and keep stirring. Be careful not to stick to the bottom of the pan.

4 After the guava paste is completely dry, add brown sugar and start stirring again. Gradually, you will see the color and consistency of the mixture change.

5 Continue stirring until this point. It will also thicken in consistency until it starts to leave the sides of the pan on its own. Then turn off the gas.

Now take a tray and spread ghee and butter on the underside. Then take out this paste inside and let it cool for a while. Then slice it thinly.
