Waking up late at night and then waking up late in the morning. We make many of these mistakes throughout the day, from breakfast to dinner, and the consequences can be very dangerous. Consciously, we’re doing the same thing every day without improving on it. Then it’s waking up in the morning, breakfast or exercising. By adopting the wrong habits in our daily lives, we can fall prey to diabetes, cholesterol and blood pressure problems. Know, such other habits, which ones can be avoided by ignoring them (mistakes in the daily diet).

1 lack of breakfast

The first mistake of the day is to skip breakfast. Actually, get up early in the morning, get ready and run to the office. At the same time, it seems difficult to carve out 10 to 15 minutes to eat breakfast. In that case, grab a fruit or vegetable smoothie before heading out. It is rich in vitamins and minerals.

In addition, if you don’t have time to eat, you can also bring some on hand in addition to breakfast. Like any fruit, sandwich, parantha or cheela. In fact, our energy drops throughout the day due to skipping breakfast. In addition to this, the glucose level in the body starts to drop. So you are confused all day long.

2. Drink less water

The function of water is to provide energy to our body. Drinking water regularly will not only help you lose weight, but it will also help your body detoxify. According to a study in the International Journal of Sports Medicine, dehydration increases the stress hormone cortisol in the body, so it’s important to drink two liters of water a day. Drinking an appropriate amount of water every day will not only improve the digestive system, but also keep away many diseases.

3 Not exercising every day

Exercise is part of our daily life. I often forget to walk after eating. Therefore, the food is not digested and the body is surrounded by many diseases. Daily exercise can improve sleep quality. According to a study by Medline Plus, many types of chemicals are released from the body during exercise. What works to fix our emotions and keep us stress free. Among other things, exercise releases protein from the body. This enhances our ability to think, understand and remember.

If you drink three cups of tea a day instead of two, the harm may not be as much as adding sugar to every cup. The effects of sugar on the whole body are obvious, including the skin and brain. Excess sugar can lead to heart disease and bloating problems.

Avoid sweetened colas, sodas, or candy, according to nutritionist Dr. Aditi. It can be substituted with lassi and smoothies. At the same time, according to the World Health Organization guidelines, children and adults must reduce their intake of sugar in food by 10% so that they can stay healthy. In addition to this, if you first cut 5% of the sugar in your diet, then you will also reap many health benefits from it.

5 Eat less or no fruit

It is very important to include fruit in your daily diet. Not only does fruit keep our appetite in check, but the fiber it provides keeps glucose levels in the body in check. This can avoid stomach problems such as constipation and abdominal pain. According to research, dark fruits and vegetables are rich in antioxidants.
