Pudding from 1 leftover roti
for this you need
leftover bread
Ghee 3 tbsp
Sugar 1-2 tbsp
Khoya 1 cup
Dry fruits 5-6 tbsp
Milk 3 cups

How to make roti halwa
- Grind rotis in the mixer and make rotis powder.
- Put ghee in a pan and fry the crushed chapatti for 5-7 minutes.
- Add milk and cook well until the milk is boiled and dry.
- Add sugar and let it boil until the sugar melts.
- Add khoya and cardamom powder, finally add dry fruits

2 roti laddoos
for this you need
Chapati (leftovers)
Ghee 2 tbsp
Raisins 3 tbsp
Cashews (chopped) 3 tbsp
Almonds (chopped) 3 tbsp
Jaggery 1 cup
water 2 tbsp
Kova 1 cup
Cardamom powder ¼ tsp
How to make roti laddoos
- Cut the remaining roti into small pieces and fry on low flame till it becomes crispy.
- Blend the pieces in a mixer
- Make a coarse powder of it
- Heat ghee in a pan and fry dry fruits, raisins, cashews and almonds
- Mix roasted nuts with roti powder.
- Take jaggery and water in a pan. Cook until water and jaggery are mixed
- Pour the jaggery water over the roti mixture and mix.
- Add khova and cardamom powder.
- Now make small balls of this mixture and shape them into ladoos.

for this you need
remaining chapati
Onion 2 small pieces
Cabbage
Capsicum
spinach
Green cool
Ginger
coriander leaves
Gram flour
olive oil
Red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder to taste
salt to taste
How to make the roti cutlet
- Put the old bread in the mixer and grind it
- Cut all the vegetables into small pieces and add them to the crushed chapattis.
- Add gram flour to the chapati mixture and add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt and mix
- Mix the spices and take small portions of the mixture and form into cutlets.
- Pour a little oil into a pan and then fry the cutlets on both sides.
