1. When to feed milk

2. How to give the baby milk

4. Eat only nutritious food
Before the mother consumes milk, the mother must eat nutritious food. So that the supply of breast milk does not decrease. For information, according to the doctor, iron, fiber, calcium, protein are required along with five hundred calories in a day. Which can be achieved by eating nutritious food.
If the mother does not eat enough, then the milk supply may decrease to some extent. For this, consumption of thin pulses, green vegetables, dairy products, dates etc. will be beneficial. 5. It is important to get enough sleep
