Reduce carbs in four meals

When carbohydrates are converted to glycogen, it is stored in the liver and muscles along with water. This means that the more carbohydrates we eat, the more water we store in our bodies. When you cut carbs from your diet, you’ll feel the difference elsewhere in your body and around your thighs.

5 Drink more water
