Smoking causes premature aging of the skin. This increases the chance of creasing. It also shrinks the blood vessels of the upper layer of the skin, as a result of which the skin does not receive the necessary nutrition and oxygen, and the health of the skin deteriorates day by day. Smoking also affects collagen and elastin. In such a situation, if you want to keep your skin healthy, take a complete break from smoking.

3. Take proper care of your skin

Avoid using harsh soap – harsh soap rich in chemicals and excessive use of detergents can affect your skin. In this case, always use natural products and mild soap for cleaning.

4. Stress management is most important
