Chia seeds contain fiber, iron, magnesium, sodium, potassium, omega 3 fatty acids and vitamin C. Fiber regulates bowel movements. It removes toxins that build up in the gut. Chia seeds reduce visceral adipose tissue.

Here’s a healthy and delicious way to take chia seeds to reduce belly fat

Take chia seed water in the morning on an empty stomach.

Start by taking 1 tablespoon of chia seeds.

Put it in 1 liter of water and let it sit overnight.

Sift the water the next day and drink it.


You can take it in the morning on an empty stomach. This drink can be taken on an empty stomach between meals.

2 chia seed water and fruit

Soak chia seeds in water.

Squeeze lemon or orange juice after 1 hour.

Chop up fruits like avocados and cherries and put them in.

Drink it in a bowl, then eat the fruit.

3 with salad

You can eat chia seeds mixed with salads like cucumbers, radishes, tomatoes, onions, carrots, etc.

Cut apples, guava, pears and other fruits.

Sprinkle with chia seeds and serve.

5 Chia Seed Drink

Bring 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to a boil in 1 cup of water over low heat.

After filtering, it can be used as tea. Drinking this drink regularly will reduce belly fat.
