Step 1 – Self-motivation is most important

If you want to quit smoking, the most important thing for you is self-motivation. You yourself start the process of quitting smoking, while no one else can get you away from this addiction until you decide for yourself. To quit smoking, the most important thing is to prepare for it from the inside. And here you can read about the positive effects of quitting smoking.


Step 2 – Antioxidants reduce the damage caused by smoking

According to Anjali Mukherjee, to reduce the negative effects of smoking on the body, you must include important nutrients such as antioxidants such as beta-carotene, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E and selenium in your diet. These nutrients are usually present in fresh fruits and vegetables.

Step 3 – Vegetable juice is essential

According to health coach Anjali Mukherjee, if you want to quit smoking or have quit, consume a glass of vegetable juice regularly. It maintains the need for essential nutrients in the body. According to Anjali Mukherjee, make high fiber foods and alkaline diet a part of your regular diet. Nutritious foods like pulses, bran, jowar, bajra, fruits and vegetables help keep cravings for sweets and smoking under control.

Step 5 – If you want beautiful and glowing skin, quit smoking today itself.

If you are a smoker, be prepared for dull and lifeless skin. On the other hand, one of the biggest motivations for women to quit smoking may be their skin. Smoking addiction affects the skin badly. In such a situation, if you really want to quit smoking, include fish, orange and green colored fruits and vegetables as well as some essential oils and foods containing vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin E in your diet. It controls your urge to smoke and it is very beneficial for your skin.

In such a situation, if you have been smoking for a long time, you will not see any change on the skin immediately after quitting. But by including these foods in the diet, the skin will only look soft and glowing after a few days of quitting smoking.
