Kalonji is often used to make pickles in Indian cuisine. And most of you must have tasted Kalonji in naan, papad, many vegetables and even samosas and kachoris. Kalonji is good for weight loss

Kalonji seeds are very helpful for weight loss. These seeds are high in fiber, which can keep you from overeating. It helps keep the stomach full, thereby reducing hunger.

Use Kalonji this way to lose weight

the first way

Take a pinch of fennel seeds (5-10) and grind them finely to make a powder. Add fennel powder to a cup of warm water and stir to combine. Add a teaspoon of honey and squeeze the juice of half a lemon. Mix everything well and eat on an empty stomach.

the second way

Put 8-10 fennel seeds in a bowl and squeeze in the juice of half a lemon. Now keep this Kalonji in the sun for 1-2 days. To lose weight, take 2-4 fennel seeds twice a day.

third way

Take some fennel seeds and swallow with warm water, or place 8-10 fennel seeds in a glass and let sit overnight. Take out the seeds in the morning and drink the water of Kalonji.

Remember, don’t eat too much fennel at one time, as it creates extra calories in the body.
