The digestive system is already very damaged due to fast food and snacking. At the same time, due to some of our regular eating and drinking habits due to lack of information, its condition is getting worse. Nowadays, people are victims of gas, acidity and bloating problems from childhood. The main reason for this is wrong eating. In such a situation, we are advised to eat healthy and nutritious food. But sometimes, even after eating healthy food, it is necessary to bloat. The reason for this is the wrong combination of food.

To avoid these discomforts, proper knowledge of food combinations is very important. So today we are going to tell you about 6 such food combinations (bloating producing foods) that affect digestion and cause bloating, acidity and stomach pain. So let’s go into a little more detail about it.

1. Fruits and dairy products

Animal proteins are found in dairy products such as milk and yogurt. In such a situation, the consumption of a mixture of fruit and dairy products starts fermentation in the stomach. This can cause bloating, heartburn and other stomach problems. Usually people use jujube in fruit salads. At the same time, people also like fruit sweets and fruit-milk mixture for breakfast, but try to avoid them as much as possible.

2. Meat and carbohydrates

The combination of animal protein and carbohydrates is not good at all for the digestive system. Two different enzymes are used to digest animal proteins and carbohydrates, so eating these two foods together increases the risk of indigestion, heartburn, and other digestive problems. So try to avoid such food combinations.

3. Food and drinks

Consuming any other beverages such as water, coffee, tea, alcoholic beverages, etc. during or immediately after meals can harm the digestive system. This can slow down the digestive enzymes and adversely affect the digestive process. In such a situation, acidity, indigestion, swelling can bother you. To avoid these discomforts, keep at least 30 minutes between food and any drink.

4. Cantaloupe and other fruits

Cantaloupe is more digestible than any other fruit. On the other hand, its consumption with other fruits and any food items can cause acidity, indigestion, swelling. Therefore, do not eat melon with any food and do not use it in fruit salads. There should be at least 30 to 50 minutes between melon and other food.

5. Fruits and carbohydrates

Fruits are digested faster and easier than foods rich in carbohydrates. In such a situation, acidity, indigestion, bloating and stomach pain may bother you due to the difference in the digestion process of both the foods. So always eat fruit only and don’t eat anything else for at least 40 minutes after consuming it.

6. Cheese and alcoholic beverages

You will also definitely like the combination of cheese and alcohol, because without alcohol, the pizza looks very bland. So let us tell you that as delicious as this combination is, it can be equally harmful to health. This combination makes absorption difficult, which can cause you various digestive problems.
