1. Recover the first breath

The first breath of the day is very powerful. It helps you stay fresh and energized throughout the day. On the other hand, when you open your eyes in the morning, when your senses are about to start working, you also start your day.

If you wake up feeling like your day is going to be busy, you haven’t slept well, if you feel like your day is going to be unhealthy, close your eyes silently, take a deep breath now, and slowly open your eyes, Start a new day. At the same time, it is appropriate to spend the first hour of the day doing productive work like yoga and exercising.

2. Yoga warms up and activates the body

When we wake up in the morning, the body remains cool and stable. On the other hand, when you do yoga in the morning, the body heats up and turns it into energy. Your mind activates inner strength and maintains strong mental health. By using the three components of the body, mind and intellect, the day goes smoothly. Yoga helps balance these three components.

3. Spread the vibration throughout the body

When our body is sleeping, the body remains stable. Because in the sleeping position, the vibration frequency of the body is very low. When we wake up in the morning, the cells gradually increase their vibrational frequency. In this case, yoga helps keep this vibrational balance. At the same time, with this, they are able to spread around the body in the right way.

4. Match your body to the rhythm of the sun

When our cells are exposed to sunlight, it activates our bodily functions. By lighting up after dark, our brains stop the production of melatonin.

Morning yoga helps the brain produce melatonin while maintaining the rhythm of the body. Therefore, the different extensions of Suryanamaskar help people stay in touch with the sun (light source).

This is possible when we do the proper stretching of our body through the ascent. By doing yoga in the morning, we can gain mental peace throughout the day. Getting up in the morning and trying yoga in an open environment will be better for your mental health. Morning yoga maintains a positive day by removing all kinds of negativity from the mind.
