2-3 green chillies (chopped)
salt to taste
2 tablespoons raisins
2 tablespoons lemon juice (optional)
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
2-3 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves

Wash the sand rice and soak it in enough water for half an hour.
Heat a pan and add ghee or oil. Add cumin, peanuts, cashews and raisins. Fry for a few minutes.
Add the strained rice, sauté for 3-4 minutes, then add 2 cups water and salt. When it starts to boil, cook on low heat until all the water is gone, this should take about 5-7 minutes.
