Prepare Sabudana Kheer in this way
- Soak sago in water for about 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, add brown sugar and cardamom to milk and bring to a boil.
- Then add the sago, after about 5 minutes add 1 cup of water and cook until the sago puffs up.
- Mix the saffron with a cup of warm milk and let it sit for about 10 minutes before adding it to the sabudana kheer.
