First sit at Padmasana.
Keep your spine straight. Sit comfortably.

As you exhale, pull your stomach inward. Do as much as you can. In this order, pull the navel inward.
If you want to feel your abdominal muscles contract, put your hands on your stomach.
A person can exhale 20 times to complete a round of Kapalbhati Pranayama.
