How to Do Siddhayoni Asana

First, sit down with your legs stretched forward.

Bend your left leg and touch it with your right thigh. The heel of the left foot should be stuck in the vagina.

Bend the right leg and place it on the paw and the left shin of the thigh.

2 Align the spine, neck and head

Press your paws between your shins and thighs.

Then pull the toes of your left foot up between your right shin and mid-thigh.

The spine, neck and head should be kept in a straight line.

3 Inhale and exhale normally

Put your hands on your knees in Gyan Mudra.

Inhale and exhale normally. Don’t inhale and exhale quickly at all.
