According to Ayurveda, mac is one such food that including it in the diet can help with weight loss. To find out how it can help with weight loss (horse leather aka kulthi weight loss), we interviewed Dr. Neetu Bhatt, an expert in Ayurveda.

If you’re vegetarian or just following a vegan diet, there are many grains and legumes that can help keep you healthy, says Dr. Neetu.

How Kulthi for Weight Loss Helps Lose Weight

Mark or kulath or wheat are the best sources of protein. Including it in your diet can improve muscle health. It is rich in vitamins, fiber, minerals. Horseradish also contains carbohydrates, essential amino acids, iron, phosphorus, and vitamins such as carotene, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, and vitamin C.

It has fewer calories. So it can help with weight loss. It acts as a natural fat burner. It lowers LDL (bad cholesterol) and helps raise HDL. Rich in fiber, it also helps keep the digestive system active.

How To Include In Your Weight Loss Diet (Horse Gram aka kulthi for weight loss)

Horseradish can be included in the diet in the form of sprouts, lentils or khichdi. Mac powder can be taken daily with warm water or with rice for weight loss.
To prepare the powder, dry roast the mark without oil. Make a powder in a blender. Mix 1 tsp with warm water or rice. The effect is doubled if you mix 1 scoop of roasted tur dal and 1 scoop of roasted urad dal powder in 4 scoops of kulthi dal.

Horse leather for weight loss aka kulthi helps in weight loss due to its anti-inflammatory properties.

In India, ongoing research is being done on kulthi. Probably because of the bitter taste, horse leather is eaten less. Many times weight gain can lead to problems like metabolic syndrome and obesity, according to a research article published in the International Review of Research and Analysis journal. As a result, blood sugar levels also start to rise. Marc has anti-hyperglycemic properties that control the level of glucose in the blood.

The soluble fiber present in it reduces the absorption of carbohydrates. It also aids in weight loss due to its anti-inflammatory properties. Studies highlight that it can help with weight loss if eaten regularly and in moderation. You can take horseradish soup to lose weight. Soak Mark in water overnight and drink it in the morning to not only reduce fat, but also treat problems related to urine. Studies have shown that mixing it with yogurt and applying it to fatty areas can help reduce cellulite.
