2. The Paleo Diet
A paleo diet consisting mostly of meat, fish, fruits, and vegetables can be bad for your health. It’s high in saturated fat because meat and fish are high in protein.
Saturated fat can cause cholesterol levels to rise. Additionally, the paleo diet does not include dairy products that deprive calcium, which in turn can lead to osteoporosis or other bone-related problems.
3. Acid-alkaline diet
