1. Banana Rasayana

It is not a problem to be hungry again after eating it. Made with the properties of banana and coconut, this recipe is considered very effective to give you instant energy during the festival.

On the other hand, roast dry fruits like cashews, almonds, pistachios in a pan.

Mix the roasted mahana and the roasted dry fruits together. If you want to make it taste a little sweeter, you can add some raisins.

3. Sabudana Khichdi

Sabudana can be eaten during fasting. It energizes the body during fasting. In addition, it is gluten-free and allergy-free. In such a situation, if you consume it on an empty stomach, then it will not cause any type of allergy. In addition, according to information published by Food Data Central, the dog contains adequate amounts of fiber, protein, calcium, iron, magnesium and potassium.

Now put oil in the same pan, now add curry leaves, green chilies and fry for 20 seconds.

If you want to add potatoes to it, then cut the boiled potatoes into small pieces. Put it in a pan and fry for 3-4 minutes.

Now add sabudana, grated coconut and rock salt to taste and mix well.

Your little one is ready. If you want to keep it a little wetter, add a little water and mix for 1 to 2 minutes.
