Cut an onion into small pieces. Then put it in the mixer and grind it well. Now add lemon juice and a pinch of black salt and mix well. Add water of your choice to thin its consistency. If you want to drink it cold, you can also add 2-4 ice cubes. Your healthy juice is ready, add it to your regular diet.
