Cumin
Fennel
amchur powder
fresh mint leaves
coriander leaves
Black pepper
Black salt (to taste)
Ginger
Tamarind
ice cube
Lemon
Prepare Jaljeera in this way
First of all, put tamarind in water and let it stand for a while.
Now put cumin in a pan and dry roast it and make powder out of it.
Add fresh leaves of mint and coriander, ginger, black pepper, fennel and puffed tamarind in a jar and grind them well.
Now prepare a thin paste by adding water as needed.
Then take a jug or a glass depending on the amount of Jaljeera and add ice cubes, roasted cumin, black salt to taste and the prepared paste.
Now add water as needed from above and mix it well with a spoon.
Finally, squeeze lemon juice from the top and garnish with coriander-mint leaves.
