1. Dehydration problem

The habit of drinking milk tea often causes dehydration in many people. At the same time, the caffeine in the tea can harm the body in many ways. It also does not allow water to accumulate in the body, due to which dehydration is common. So if you want to stay healthy by drinking tea, try to have a limited amount of it.

2. Pimples Problem

Excessive consumption of tea made from milk gives rise to pimples on your skin. Consuming tea in a limited amount helps to detoxify the body. But if taken uncontrolled, it produces a lot of heat in the body. Because of which the body’s hormones become unbalanced and there can be problems like pimples, acne.

3. Blood pressure can become unbalanced

When you drink more tea than you need, your blood pressure sometimes rises a lot. At the same time, due to this, the heartbeat also increases. Along with this, the relaxing property of the tea lowers the blood pressure due to which your health can be greatly affected.

4. May cause insomnia

Black tea used to make milk tea contains a significant amount of caffeine. At the same time, avoid consuming it in the second part of the day, i.e. from noon to night. Otherwise, your sleep may become unbalanced. Consuming it in a limited amount at the right time does not give rise to such a problem. But taking it uncontrolled can cause sleep deprivation. At the same time, your general health suffers.

5. Bloating Problems

Most people consume tea on an empty stomach in the morning, due to which there may be a problem with flow. At the same time, the amount of caffeine is found in it, which makes your empty stomach bloated. Because both milk and caffeine produce gas. And when these two come together, they can lead to many health risks. However, it does not cause harm if taken in a limited amount. It is also dangerous to drink tea on an empty stomach in the morning and before sleeping at night.

Now know how you can limit the consumption of tea

If you want to limit the consumption of tea, then when you feel like drinking tea, drink something healthy instead. Such as smoothies, herbal tea, fruit juice etc.

If you often crave tea, try to keep your body fully hydrated. That is, drink sufficient amount of water. This will help reduce your tea cravings.

If you want to give up tea, don’t stop right away. First of all, reduce your tea drinking habit. For example, if you used to drink four to five cups of tea earlier, now you should drink one to two cups of tea. And gradually reduce it.
