1. Turmeric

Turmeric is an herb that contains curcumin, which not only adds a glow to your foods, but the anti-inflammatory properties present in it help reduce knee pain and swelling.

Not only this, the antiseptic, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects present in it further enhance its quality. This is why this herb has been used for years. 2. Ginger

Trinidad says, “Since aromatherapy contains tannins, adding drops of eucalyptus oil to water and soaking the affected areas can provide relief from mild pain/swelling.”

4. Cinnamon

Cinnamon is an integral part of Indian cuisine and has been used in Ayurveda for years to help balance heart disease and high blood pressure.
