It is also considered an immune booster because it is rich in vitamin C and the antioxidant phytochemical sulforaphane.

1. Protect your skin from the sun’s harmful rays

According to Mitu Awasthi, Broccoli sprouts are rich in glucoraphanin, which helps protect the skin from damage caused by ultraviolet rays. It removes skin inflammation and also reduces redness and irritation.

2. Anti-aging substances

Under the influence of direct sunlight, the collagen in the skin begins to decrease. Due to this, the skin develops a problem with pigmentation, acne, wrinkles, and the skin begins to sag, that is, sag. The antioxidant compound sulforaphane and glucoraphanin present in the sprouts of broccoli seeds helps improve the oxygen supply to the skin and makes the skin healthy.
