Protein-rich nutrients like eggs and milk are considered excellent for hair. But the problem starts where you stay away from all kinds of animal products because in that situation you have less options. “Vegan” skin or hair care means using beauty care ingredients that are not derived from animal products. Milk, dairy products and eggs are not considered vegan. There is a difference between vegetarian and vegan. Vegetarian includes products made from milk, while vegan does not. So when you want to choose a vegan hair care during Navratri, using fruits is the best.

People use vegan options in Navratri (vegan hair care)

Fruits and vegetables can be used for hair care as they are vegan. You can also eat biotin-rich vegan foods for hair growth, such as mushrooms, beans, lentils, peas, almonds, avocados, and bananas.

The fruits have long been used in Ayurvedic preparations for hair care and hair problems. As such, bael is common in Ayurveda for hair care. Fruit packs in top salons and spas are considered good for hair because of their beauty benefits. Fruits contain vitamins, minerals and enzymes that nourish hair and keep it healthy.

Legumes can also be a better option

We all know that lemon juice is added to henna hair packs for both coloring and conditioning. Orange peel is also useful, it reduces oiliness and makes hair shiny.

To make an orange hair pack, take orange peels and boil them in water on low heat. cool. Use water to mix the protein pack. Soak the lens in water overnight. The protein present in avocado strengthens the hair. Its oil nourishes the hair and maintains balance. For a hair pack, take an avocado and mash it. Add one tablespoon of green tea, one tablespoon of fenugreek seed powder. Mix lukewarm water to form a paste. Apply and wash after half an hour.

This pack of coconut milk and curry leaves is a source of beta carotene and protein.

Coconut milk is very nourishing for hair. Rich in protein, essential fats, iron and manganese for hair control and growth. Make a paste by mixing curry leaf powder and 2 tablespoons of orange juice in a cup of coconut milk. Curry leaves are a rich source of beta-carotene and protein that promote healthy hair growth. Apply and leave for an hour. Then wash your head.

Include a seasonal fruit diet

Fruits like banana, apple, papaya, watermelon can be mixed together to make a hair pack in summer. These fruits give cold. Papaya cleans the scalp, banana nourishes and apple contains pectin. Cleanses and tones the scalp. Orange maintains a normal acid-base balance.
