From making you feel uncomfortable to stomach aches, the problem of constipation can bother you. If you suffer from constipation and are tired of taking medicine or many remedies, then I have a homemade hack for you to reduce constipation. This ayurvedic hack was told by my mother a few days ago when I was suffering from constipation.

Due to working sitting for long hours in one place and lack of physical activity, the problem of constipation is increasing nowadays. If you are also facing a similar problem, then hot water and ghee are very effective to get rid of this problem.

Know how ghee and warm water can relieve constipation according to my mother

She says that Ghee lubricates our digestive track so that bowel movements can be easily carried out. It is also mixed with lukewarm water to make the material solid. Apart from this, warm water can also help flush the waste out of the body.

It proved very effective for me. So to get more information about this, I did some research about it and talked to the experts, so I know what I came to know.

Know how ghee and warm water are beneficial in removing the problem of constipation

Dimple Jangda, Ayurvedic health coach and founder of Prana Healthcare Center, says, “Ghee helps lubricate our body and cleanses the intestinal tract. It improves the circulation of waste and reduces the risk of constipation.”

According to a study published in the Polish journal Przeglad Gastroenterology review, ghee is a rich source of butyric acid. The study also states that the consumption of butyric acid improves intestinal metabolism and helps with the movement of stool. At the same time, it also reduces abdominal pain, bloating and other symptoms of constipation.

Ghee is the best natural laxative. Along with this, it can help with many things like increasing bone strength, including weight loss, getting good sleep.

What is the proper way to consume ghee and lukewarm water

Mix a spoonful of ghee in a glass of warm water and take it on an empty stomach in the morning. You can drink it every day, just make sure the water is not too hot.

Constipation occurs when the digestive tract, intestines and colon – become dry, hard and dry. Ghee’s lubricating properties help soften the system and help in easy removal of waste from the body.
