1. Include protein in the diet

Along with hair care, it is necessary to have a nutritious diet. If you want to reduce frizz (Control frizz in hair). There is a need to increase the amount of protein in the food. To this you can add sprouted legumes, kidney beans, soybeans, fish and chicken to your diet.

2. Smooth the hair with the spa sitting

Hair spa is a good option for dry hair. Regular spa treatment removes frizz. As per hair requirement, hair spa can be done once a week or in 15 days. A special type of cream is used to do this.

3. Remove mug from rebodding

If the volume of your hair is more, rebonding can be done. After rebonding, the hair actually looks soft, shiny and thin. If you have fluffy hair, then this treatment is perfect for you. In fact, this makes fluffy hair easily manageable. This treatment is not suitable for thin hair. After taking this treatment, your hair will stay that way for eight months to a year.


4. Smoothing will make the hair soft

If your hair is not heavy. If you do not want to have rebonding done, you can have smoothing done. This keeps the hair smooth and shiny. After this treatment, the hair will not be completely smooth. Shine enters the hair and dryness is reduced.

5. Keratin treatment

Keratin treatment and rebonding are two different things. Keratin makes the hair soft and also nourishes the hair. Hair is only 20 to 30 percent smooth with keratin. The chemical used in it protects your hair from damage.

6. Hair shine treatment

Due to having dyed the hair many times, the color freedom starts to be felt. If you want to get your hair’s lost shine back, take a hair shine treatment. With this treatment, which lasts for two to three months, the hair color becomes shiny.

Make your hair soft with these home remedies

Dr. Bharti Taneja says add almond oil to an egg and beat it. You can add vanilla essence to it to remove the smell from it.


Besides this, add a few drops of eucalyptus oil to it. Apply it to the entire length of your hair. Keep this mixture on your hair for 50 minutes. Then wash your hair.

Aromatherapy oil or vitamin E can be added to coconut oil. Apart from this, rosemary oil can also be added. After this shampoo, so that the hair is clean.

Banana also works to nourish the hair. Mix it first and then add milk and make a paste. Mash it well and add a little honey.

Apply it all over your hair and leave it for half an hour. Then wash the hair with normal water.

Dr. Bharti Taneja says beer also works to soften hair. This provides moisture to the hair. Along with this, setting the hair also works.

Cut the inside of the avocado and mash it into a thick paste. Add one spoon of honey and two spoons of curd to this paste. Apply to hair. Remember that after this only hair should be washed without shampoo.


Take out the gel of aloe vera and grind it. Optionally add oil to it. Keep it in your hair. You can also apply it on the scalp. This too should only be washed with water.

Coconut milk is also beneficial for hair. Make a paste by mixing a few drops of lemon and honey in it and apply it all over the hair with a brush. If you want, you can also add eggs to it. Apply and wash after 15 minutes.
