How can you restart your workout routine?

Get into the habit of exercising
That’s why it’s most important that you get into the habit of exercising again. Start with the easiest exercises and do them every day. Get you back into the habit of exercising. In this case, you can start with walking, jogging, and light-jumping jacks.
