How to do it:
Slowly bend your knees.
Keep your ankles parallel to each other.

Keep your knees in a straight line and your palms facing up.

2. Pasta
How to do it:
Do Dandasana first.
Make sure your legs are stretched forward and your knees are slightly bent.
